Fitness Motivation:



Hard work is necessary if you want to get anywhere.
You have to work hard at keeping your schedule
Work hard at lifting those weights.
You must work hard at being disciplined during dinners.
You must work hard at being planned MOST of the time.
If you want to become FIT, then you must WORK HARD at it.
You must take your mind, body and spirit…and work HARD every day -
so that you only focus on the things that reap results.

If you are not bearing the right fruits…then rethink the labor you’ve put into your field.
THINK about your strategy -
The combination of seeds -
The times you sow -
THINK ABOUT IT... and work hard towards making it happen.
